About the Yayasan Jembatan Cahaya Kasih

The Jembatan Cahaya Kasih Foundation (YJCK) is a philanthropic foundation dedicated to improving the well-being of marginalized families in Indonesia. Established in 2025, the Jembatan Cahaya Kasih Foundation is committed to creating a just and compassionate world through the empowerment of women and children.

Guided by the values of faith, love, and humanity, YJCK serves as a bridge connecting communities, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and the private sector to collaborate on creating meaningful solutions. By bringing together diverse stakeholders, supporting local initiatives, and implementing programs in the areas of education, health, economic resilience, and social protection, YJCK helps empower families and communities across Indonesia.

Our Programs

Our Impact

We implement programs across four areas to drive lasting change for families in marginalized communities:

Education

Children, adolescents, and women, especially mothers, have greater access to quality education, life skills, and relevant learning opportunities.

Health

Mothers and children in underserved communities have their health protected and have better access to health services, particularly reproductive health services.

Economic Resilience

Women and adolescents are empowered to develop their capabilities, boost their self-confidence, expand their economic opportunities, and improve their families’ well-being.

Social Protection

Community-based social services mechanisms including parenting classes, community-based care, counseling services, and access to social protection.
